design and construction coordination services for this 4,000 square
foot office space in Waltham. Because the business caters to large
international clients, the space had to achieve a level of finish
in line with their expectations and living up to already established
offices in other parts of the world. Dean Associates Architects produced a design that
maximized the views from this penthouse office location, and
selected furniture and finishes worthy of their clientele.
Finishes and detailing produced by Dean Associates are now being
adopted for use in the company's other international locations.
