At the Yarmouth Airport in Cape Cod Massachusetts is a small
rental car servicing facility maintained by Hertz. Dean Associates provided
design services to demolish the existing facilities and build a new
enclosed structure for the maintenance of the rental fleet. Project challenges
met by the Dean Associates Team included maintaining operation of the facility
throughout construction, coordinating with engineering for waste water management and
meeting the special requirements of a fueling station.
