This 26,000 square foot mixed use facility
serves both as a headquarters for the company and a maintenance
facility for the heavy machinery that they lease. Dean Associates
redesigned the office layout providing new accessible bathrooms,
egress and lift; and developed new locker rooms, wash bays, storage
areas and maintenance bays for the equipment.
