Dean Associates designed this new technical
call center as an internal relocation for existing Verizon employees
and departments. The Call Center serves approximately 110 employees
in 18,000 square feet.
In addition to base design and layout services, Dean Associates
provided custom millwork surrounds for radiators and sinks, bathroom
accessibility upgrades, finish selection services and controlled
construction throughout the life of the project. The project was
delivered on time and is currently operating.
