Following the success of the neighboring project (55 Munroe),
this commercial masonry building was converted into 4 high end condominiums and
one small retail space. The units served a new population of young professionals
migrating to Lynn as part of the neighborhoods rebirth.
Most units sold before the end of construction, allowing the developer and designer to offer custom
finishes, appliances and fixtures to the new owners.
