This new residence in Hollis, New Hampshire is a single family
home (+- 5,000 square feet) designed as a classic New England Colonial farmhouse. The design
includes an attached 2 story barn that serves as the residence’s garage and a side sunroom space.
Dean Associates provided full design services for the project, including planning, layout,
engineering coordination, finishes, fixtures, and bid review/value engineering.
This project is complete and occupied, the owners have re-hired Dean Associates to design a pool house as part of the
ongoing estate development.
