Dean Associates provided design services, contract documents and construction
observation for the update of an existing space within this home. The project
included the demolition of an existing kitchen and creation of a laundry space, office area, covered porch and deck.
Each element was updated and enlarged, with the design goal of opening up the
cramped and dark kitchen to the outside. The result is an open and airy functional space that
encourages use and interaction.
Dean Associates assisted the owner in the selection of appliances, fixtures, cabinets,
counters and finishes for this project
