The Overlook at Renaissance Golf Club – Haverhill, MA
Dean Associates developed eight prototype homes for use in the development
of the Overlook neighborhood at the Renaissance Golf Club in Haverhill.
The homes were designed to appeal to the high end buyer, with many of the
homes featuring a one-level living plan arranged among the 50+ lots that climb
the hill along side the golf course. Each plan offers grand views of the golf
course on one side and the Merrimack River on the other.
The first phase of construction at The Overlook is complete, and homes are selling
in the $750,000 to $820,000 range.
