The owner of this large shopping center
approached Dean Associates with a unique problem: Their anchor tenant
had renovated their space and the rest of the plaza now looked dated in
comparison. Dean Associates took on a detailed study of the plaza,
producing a number of new elevation options including updated roof
lines, sign bands, colors and details. The final product blends
seamlessly with the newer anchor, and the upgraded facade is
attracting new large retail tenants to the Plaza.
