John Smith Sports – Boston, MA

John Smith Sports was in lease negotiations to develop a new indoor soccer facility in this existing former industrial manufacturing building. Dean Associates provided initial code and zoning review services and layout designs for four soccer fields, bathrooms, locker facilities and office space.
